Morgan Papcke
People & Culture Manager

Morgan has worked in Human Resources for almost 20 years now in various roles, almost exclusively in manufacturing environments.  She worked at ANGI Energy from 2011 – 2015 and then when the opportunity arose to return in 2025, she quickly accepted as she really enjoyed her time here early in her career.  What she enjoys most about working in Human Resources is her ability to impact lives daily and to help drive a culture in which people want to work for.  Most of us must work, so making it a place people enjoy coming to each day is a priority.  She loves that ANGI Energy and Vontier rebranded the typical HR title into P&C or People and Culture.  It gives a strong emphasis on the culture piece and a heavy presence within the people realm, both of which Morgan is incredibly passionate about.

When not working with all the people she has the great pleasure of working alongside every day, she enjoys spending time with her family.  Morgan’s family loves family movie nights, roller skating and basketball to name a few of their favorites.  She is also a local of Janesville, born and raised here, so working within this community brings her a lot of joy.
Blake Skelton
VP Commercial and Sales

Throughout his career, Blake has focused on growth that lasts by aligning teams around the market, building trusted partnerships, and creating commercial strategies that support both customers and the broader transition to cleaner energy. He has led large-scale initiatives across North America, including building sales teams from the ground up, managing major revenue and capital portfolios, and working closely with executive, engineering, and operations teams to bring new solutions to market.
Blake lives in Houston with his wife and two young children.  In his past time, he enjoys live music, sports activities with his family, discovering new food experiences, and surfing.
